Bristol Old Vic Theatre School’s contemporary season returns to the Wardrobe Theatre
From 23 May to 22 June, The Wardrobe Theatre will be bursting at the seams with creativity and collaboration. The graduating students from Bristol Old Vic Theatre School are taking over the intimate venue with eight contemporary plays, which sees the young directors and designers taking the artistic reins across four double bills.
From psychological thrillers, millennial sexual politics, dystopian Brits and young offenders preparing for fatherhood, there’s something to appeal to every theatregoer.
The season opens tonight (Thu 23 May) with a chilling double bill: Black Mountain by Brad Birch and The River by Jez Butterworth. Sneak into the rehearsal rooms to hear more from the cast and creatives behind these productions…
