Award-winning poet Bradley Taylor arrives in Bristol as part of his 2026 nationwide tour – presented by Chuckle Busters and Milk Poetry

After a sellout show in Birmingham last year featuring Kate Ireland, Caitlin O’Ryan, Zakariye and more, Bradley Taylor & Friends brings you a showcase of the very best in spoken word and performance on display today. All of this will be capped off with a full show from Bradley himself, performing work from his debut collection You Missed The Best Part as well as brand new work that’s never been heard before.

Described by Craig Charles as “a brand new voice and a fresh perspective on the art of poetry and performance”, Bradley has performed at the Hay Festival, Cheltenham Literature Festival, Latitude Festival, the V&A Museum, the Roundhouse, on boats and in the backs of pubs. He recently supported Big Special on their UK/IE tour, as well as being commissioned to write a poem for Steven Knight, creator of the Peaky Blinders.

In 2025, Bradley’s performance was nominated for the Sky Arts award for poetry. In 2024 he won the Roundhouse Poetry Slam, the night of which was the biggest poetry slam in history.

He writes for, and about, people.
