A unique evening of performances by the Kiota Community! We invite those from the Global Majority with poems, songs, stories or other forms of artistry to sign up for our open mic night

If you would like to share on the night please contact us at

Kiota are committed to creating original collaborations between artists from the global majority of different disciplines who wouldn’t ordinarily have the chance to work together to see how their artistic practise evolves. Swahili for “nest”, Kiota is a safe place for diverse voices. So, if that describes you or you simply want to enjoy the variety of wonderful performances, come and be part of our nest! The performers will all be from the global majority but ALL ARE WELCOME TO WATCH!

“Eye-opening, entertaining and thought-provoking.”
