Shakespeare’s most outrageous comedy, brought to life by the Level 3 Diploma Acting students at the Bristol Institute of Performing Arts

When a merchant arrives in Ephesus, he’s arrested on the spot. But that’s only the beginning… Unbeknownst to him, his long-lost twin sons, and their equally identical twin servants have all found their way to the same city, on the same day. What follows is a whirlwind of mistaken identities, missed connections, and mounting chaos, as the people of Ephesus try to make sense of the strangers in their midst.

This is The Comedy of Errors as only BIPA can do it: energetic, inventive, and full of heart. With fast-paced action and a playful approach to this classic tale of confusion and coincidence, this production promises to be wildly entertaining.

Directed by Bridget O’Donnell and Dan Winter.
