The Clandestines, a bold troupe of non-professional Bristol performers, present three short plays by two female playwrights

Join The Clandestines for a perceptive, powerful evening of theatre by Susan Glaspell and Alice Gerstenberg — two early 20th-century playwrights who were well ahead of their time (and still rarely get the spotlight they deserve). Performed by The Clandestines, these bite-sized dramas explore gender, power, and the messy business of truth — with sharp wit and psychological depth.

Think small-town secrets, city slickers gossiping, and the hope for revolution in a failing newsroom. It’s bold. It’s brilliant. It’s long overdue.
