The Wardrobe Theatre is thrilled to announce the cast for our summer run of our hit 2024 Christmas show, Notting Hell: The Greatest Love Story In The Underworld. Returning this July, the show is a fast, smart and devilishly funny mash-up parody from the makers of Moulin Scrooge, The Good, The Bad & The Coyote Ugly, MDH: Puppets Do A Movie and many more!

The fantastic duo of Tom England (The Wardrobe Ensemble’s Party Season, Winners and Education, Education, Education) and Adiza Shardow (Channel 4 New Writers Scheme 2025) will be resurrecting their iconic roles as Julian and The Devil respectively, alongside two brilliant new actors, Esther Myers (Newsrevue, Bristol Old Vic’s The Little Mermaid) and Toby George (Gurt Haunted). The show will be directed by the returning brilliant Helena Seneca, backed up by composer & sound designer, Jack Drewry, movement director, Deepraj Singh and designer, Ruby Brown.
As with every Wardrobe Theatre production we aim to work with as many brilliant creatives from across Bristol as possible and we’re proud that the cast and creative team for this summer run of Notting Hell are 100% Bristol-based.
