Hello Bristol and South West artists! We are launching an artist development programme to create more opportunities for local theatre-makers. This will include workshops, Q&As, in-house assisting jobs and hopefully much more!

To kick it all off we have we are launching a series of activities to get involved in this Autumn/Winter:

‘DIRECTING DEVISED WORK’ WORKSHOP WITH TOM BRENNAN, DIRECTOR OF DRAC & JILL

A two-hour workshop with the director of this year’s renowned Christmas show at The Wardrobe Theatre, Tom Brennan. Free and open to all interested in working in devised theatre. Tom is a co-founder and member of the The Wardrobe Ensemble, who are associate company of Complicite and Shoreditch Town Hall. Tom’s work with the company has been performed at The National Theatre, Almeida Theatre, Soho Theatre, and Bristol Old Vic among many other venues across The UK and USA. He was also a resident director at the Almeida Theatre on the productions of Mike Bartlett’s ‘Albion’ and Anne Washburn’s ‘Twilight Zone’. This workshop is supported by Arts Council England.
